Politics is served on the menu on the first day of the Republic of Ideas which opens tomorrow. After the greetings to the city of the director Maurizio Molinari and of the editor-in-chief of Bologna Giovanni Egidio, the marathon will host Angelo Branduardi on the stage in Piazza Maggiore who will sing “At the fair of the east” in Ukrainian. Immediately after, Molinari’s interviews with Enrico Letta (at 7 pm) and Stefano Cappellini with Giuseppe Conte (at 8 pm) will follow.
The square tomorrow evening, however, is also that of the writer Daniel Pennac who, interviewed by Raffaella De Santis, will also have Pako Ioffredo at his side, an actor with whom the Frenchman worked in the show “I saw Maradona”, based on one of his texts. The Rock Lessons with Ernesto Assante and Gino Castaldo close the evening in the square with a tribute to Lucio Battisti.
In the afternoon the events and workshops will also start at Palazzo Re Enzo and Palazzo d’Accursio for which reservations are required at the link repidee.makeitlive.it: from Giorgia Soleri to Cristina Comencini, from Vito Mancuso to Veronica Raimo.
